The essential oils made for the Face blend skin care formula are harmonizing for ALL skin types and historically known for their ability to tone, balance and regenerate skin cell tissues.
Just a few drops in the blend gently applied to target areas on the face, is all that’s needed to strengthen and enliven your skin cells, as well as to promote cellular balance and renewal of the skin cell tissue.
This master class is for anyone wanting to learn which essential oils are good for their skin type, may it be dry, oily, aged, sensitive or troubled.
Each participant will make a 10 ml size bottle for their chosen skin type, which would be most beneficial for their use. Take it home and start using it. You will be amazed by the results!

Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese practice that balances the body’s energy by using the fingers and hands to eliminate stress, create emotional equilibrium, relieve pain and alleviate chronic and acute conditions. It helps remind us that every one of us possess the simplest instruments needed to bring about harmonious balance – the breath and the hands.

This informative class shows you the reflex points in the hands which are related to an organ and how we can help to get rid of our daily stresses, aches and pains, headaches, by the simple application of pressure points. Hand-outs will be given and participants go away with a lot of knowledge about their hands and how they can help themselves.
Language of the Feet: (From the Sole to the Soul)
18th November – 10.30am to 2.00pm
This fun class will be with a lot of interaction amongst other participants, as you learn how to read each other’s feet, and your own for that matter!
The language of the feet explains the characteristics and personality of the participant, assessing their emotional and spiritual self as well. The feet are the mirror of who we are.
Plus the feet have carried us for so many years and we do not pay that much attention to them. Come and learn first-hand in this informative class what your feet really say about you! Hand-out and charts will be given to each participant.
Balancing your emotions through Aromatherapy

To bring yourself into a natural state of emotional balance, consider using essential oils to maintain optimum health.
In this class we will discuss various essential oils and each participant will apply them on certain areas in their bodies to experience its power. Hand-outs will also be given.
